Say what you want about double fisting beverages, Rachel Notley…with their current members, the NDP is absolutely LOST in Alberta.
Being a 2x LOSER while gaining some seats has emboldened the NDP to Fire Notley’s sorry ass and look for somebody who could potentially cross the finish line in seeking another NDP Based Alberta.
But let’s be honest here…the NDP party and Nenshi were absolutely the worst segments of destruction in the province of Alberta, in the History of Alberta as a Province.

Have done nothing more than work to side with Federal Government under Justin Trudeau to agree with the Federal Liberals and their Parent Federal NDP in that Alberta and Albertans are BAD…everybody else on the planet is more morally better and that we should be surrendering to idiot Climate Scam Logic and become more progressive as a province.
Progressive in the political context is a word that I take particular offense to…giving how progressive has meant that as a country, Canada has spent more than the sum of all Prime Ministers and Governments in history, to achieve the absolute lowest point of our proud country, becoming a global embarrassment, with the Highest Food Bank Usage, Highest Cost of Living and dividing the country based on rhetoric around a science that hasn’t been able to forecast a single weather catastrophe in their history.
We’ve witnessed the collapse of our healthcare system, schooling, sciences…
We’ve see the destruction and division of families and communities…
We’re witness to the largest populations of Tent Cities, Overdose Deaths and people that are opting for Medically Assisted Suicide (MAiD), collapse of families, people living in cars…it’s heartbreaking.
These people aren’t fighting for a better Canada…so they claim.
They are competing for control, using feelings over logic.
Being obese and on several prescriptions is deemed Healthy…
Ignoring arson as the driver for our country being on fire last year is to support the most corrupted science ever even devised…
And fighting for our Provincial Rights is deemed morally repugnant.
All by the same people who have coaligned with a federal government that caused the collapse of our great nation.
Nenshi was never as great as he claimed to be…rise in popularity wasn’t due to mass support. It’s all been driven by political tom-foolery and scam…not unlike the political rise in seats for the NDP in our last provincial election, all driven through funding from the unions and a fear/smear campaign that lasted over 10 months.
You see…Nenshi got his seat as “The worst Mayor of Calgary”, prior to the actual worst mayor of Calgary - Jyoti Gondek - by creating an illusion through something called “Push Polling”.
And then continued on his rein through fraud…

But basically it works out like this…
To get his original seat as mayor, he spam called a majority of Calgary with a fake poll where every outcome was to select him as the candidate. He got name recognition and because he was the only piece of cheese created in this rate maze, was favored to win.
Following that, a group that never existed was created to support him under the guise of non-partisanship, while completely driving his message and political standpoint. It was only when Cory B Morgan destroyed this and after seeing the wake of damage caused by Nenshi for small businesses, that he’d decided to retire from the political stage…kinda.
He’s still been somewhat vocal and of course has felt the need to tip in to support the federal coalition, ride against Alberta and Albertans in pivotal moments, against Smith…and now that the Provincial Arm of the NDP need leadership…I have little doubt that he wasn’t just looking for this as an opportunity, that he was invited to become a runner.
Not a lot of folk know about Nenshi’s surprising rise and hold on to popularity in the province…a lot more will be come aware but in all honesty, given what the screechy NDP has become as a provincial party…they need him.
He’ll undoubtedly become successful in his bid…and become the hammer of the provincial orange - over the selected purple of his bids in past.
Hopefully that hammer is to hammer in the final nails of the coffin of this Socialist Light party that has plagued our province through Union Funding.
