Great insightful comments. The future is scary for sure. Someone made an interesting comment to me about the influx of people coming to Alberta and that they're coming to Alberta to be free and prosperous not to vote in an NDP government. So let's hope that the new people will help us keep our Province what drew them to it!
King of what.??? Ndp will never get back in here in albetta. Not wirh jagmut smear being leader Not after what nacheal rotley did to out province either. Do what is he king of?? Oh right. The biggest shit pile on politics
He was clearly pandering to Muslim voters, but they see that as well as we do. I'd bet that the moderate majority aren't impressed by it, either. People know when they're being used. The large majority of Muslims ign far more with the UCP values than what the looney left is pedalling.
The Muslims are great at getting the vote out and I can tell you from personal experience that they'll shuttle you into a district not even your own to get that vote. Plus they'll pay for the vote if necessary.
My dad would be rolling over in his grave at the thought of a 2nd NDP term here. I never thought this could happen in a place like Alberta, people come here for the opportunity, then bring with them the dumb-ass politics that tanked the provinces they fled. Almost makes me want to punch myself in the head lol
From where I'm sitting, petitions and voting hasn't helped at all. Time to come up with a new perspective. It doesn't seem to matter who gets in, the dye is cast.
It shouldn't have been a surprise that Nenshi won as he is a very good political organizer. and sold more than enough new memberships to easily win. I can't help but wonder if hard core ND's will tolerate deviation from the ND manifesto? If not, it will be a rocky road for Nenshi.

But, we have work to do, for sure!

Ralph Kline
showed the people
how rich they were
so,
[they] took him out
easy peasy
bringing in the best of the corrupted ruined countries
A dubious distinction at best.
here is poignant insight into Nenshi's true character, showing he is not worthy of public office. This is worth while saving:
