First of all does anyone in government understand a motherf*&king budget? How can you double rebates and cancel a tax, even a component of a component of a subset, without first vetting through some analysis? Oh that's right, if you're a government you just add it to the deficit. Second, Trudeau has lost his mind. Think about everything this guy is up against now. He's an international laughingstock, he can't even get a seat at the table as it relates to global affairs, his wife dumped him and was already with another dude before they announced it, his own party is in complete disarray and Poilievre is eating his lunch. Now he's backpedaling on the supposed holy grail of climate change and he's stupid enough to say he's backing off now but he'll reinstate it if, wait for it, he gets re-elected. Trudeau's time is up. He's trying to inflict maximum damage before he's completely destroyed by the electorate. He has zero redeeming qualities and nothing he does now will save him, it's just his colossal arrogance that tells him he can recover.

Alberta isn’t included in this pause. There’s a very good reason that alberta is taking measures to pull out of the Canadian pension plan since they contribute 53% into the program. This western province gives the most and reaps the least. Time to give Ottawa the finger

IMO this pause is Trudeau Jr’s version of Trudeau Sr’s flipping the bird to Alberta from the back of the train.

A liberal voter in Nova Scotia interviewed in CBC said she will not be voting liberal (she said she will vote conservative)because pause means he’ll bring it back if he’s elected. Let’s hope they’re are many other savvy liberal voters who are awake.

Yes. It's absolutely insane. The only reason this happened is because the Liberals are losing in the polls and support in the current provinces that he has bestowed this benefit to. Purely a political move to garner votes.

Apparently this magnificent bonus was unexpected and unknown to the rest of Canada. Ebay in my province of British Columbia was blindsided by it as I I imagine most other premiers of Canada were.

I can't wait for Question Period next week in the House of Commons.

I'm sorry, I couldn't see any of your text, let alone mine because I started punching the shit out of my laptop screen when I heard that dipshit talk about how he's buying votes again...not with Atlantic Province money, but with ours!!
