As a child of an Albertan father, and niece to his 11 cattle farming family siblings I have dubbed myself an honorary Albertan. He only came to the armpit of Canada because that's where his intended bride, my mother lived. When they divorced he moved back and I spent many happy summers there. My heart has always been in the mountains and when I can afford the move I will be there permanently . Can I be an honorary Albertan? 🤣
I AM A PROUD ALBERTAN AS WELL. SIGN ME UP ! SEND ME THE LINK WHEN YOU HAVE IT AND I WILL TRY TO IGNITE AIRDRIE. .....AND I DONT THINK IGNITING AIRDRIE WOUKD BE DIFFICULT. The people here are fed up as well
Canadians are loved all over the world! I was born in Toronto ( don’t hold that against me) but my parent’s family is from Italy and I would return to Italy in the summers to visit. When we arrived many in the neighbourhood would collect around the house because everyone was excited that Canadians were in their midst. My grandmother was humble woman but boy was she ever proud that she had grandchildren “born in the country were good people come from.” My nonna believed that there was something very special about Canadians because the Canadian soldiers, whom fought so bravely to liberate the regular people from both Italian tyrants, the original fascists and German Nazis, did so selflessly. She recounted so many stories of how these young soldiers helped the starving population ( yes Italians were starved, lined up and shot at for kicks-a hidden history) and brought the end of death and suffering.
My nonna believed that those young men must have had the most wonderful mothers who raised their sons to be strong, courageous and kindhearted. She was brought to tears when she thought of the sacrifice of young men and their families to help people they did not know, from the clutches of the insanity.
When visiting the D-Day beaches in France the French people we encountered on discovering we were Canadians were so welcoming. It was clear in their interactions that they were grateful to Canadians.
I am a retired high school history teacher and proudly taught students, including those new to Canada, that they had won the best country in the world to live in prize.
Unfortunately, since 2020 and the ushering in of the political insanity and trampling of our liberty by what can only be described as despots and the unbelievable shameful silence of almost every political figure, I no longer have faith in national institutions or agencies. The only faith I have is in good Canadian people who despite huge cost to themselves, bravely, stood up to their tyrannical government.
Alberta is beautiful country, offers everything one needs. Filled with down to earth, sensible folk. Hopefully we will ALL move 'Back to Basics' instead of build back better.
The ingrained 'rights' embedded into us of "you deserve a drink today" and the other 'I need a stimulant' to cope mind sets are changing....slowly. Life is interesting enough! Stimulants not needed.
Humans are healthy, loving, caring, sharing ALL Sorts who would flourish without The Xspurts opinion and the constant use of pharmaceuticals. I AM Free.
Like most things we are not aware of: Hot spot in Canada: 37.8 °C100.0 °F Cereal, AB ??
It's gonna be Okay. We're learning what it is that makes 'A Life' worth living, Family, Friends & Fun ....the three F's and not the three $$$ or the three K's. We're here for each other.
Believe it's gonna be Okay, tell yourself and tell your Family and tell your Friends & it will Be.
We are what we believe we are. Have Faith & Be Good to yourself. :))
We had flown both the Canadian and American flags for 30 + years. I am American and husband is Canadian. In 2021 the flag pole was split in half by high winds during a heavy storm.
By that time we were not proud to be from either nation. So we never got a new pole.
Now we fly a smiley face flag and a pirate flag in the Summer only. One on the outhouse and one on the floating dock. I love where I live. An unorganized township near Lake Superior, and we're right on the water. So much of Canada and the US seem like I'm visiting an insane asylum when I go anywhere.

I am an Albertan too.
My priorities:
1. Family
2. Friends
10. Province
.
.
.
200. Country
Completely shaped by the plandemic.
Being called racist, misogynist etc by Prime Moron
Death wish by newspaper of unvaccinated
According to a poll: 25% of Canadians want unvaxxed dead
25% of Canadians want unvaxxed in jail
Premier goes in the middle of plandemic on vacation to Europe ( I think to the WEF )
Comes back and is turned 180. Start bribing people to take vaccine and comes with covid passport.
Who can I still trust? Can't even trust my own family doctor!
Honk honk
