I listened to a podcast a while back that said even though you can't opt out of paying dues, you can make them give it to a charity of your choice instead....make them have to manually do this every two weeks and also provide you a receipt at the end of the year.....I will try and find it.....
Unions need to be busted!! I had to work for unions in order to keep my job. You psy more in dues than you get for union support. My brother passed away the ladt night of our strike to keep loosing g term disability and guess what? They wouldn't even allow me my 3 days of bereavement . Since I had not earned during the strike but they took my dues regardless. They do not support their workers as they claim. They are as shady as the liberal govt
