It takes a brave man to write an apology. We are all stressed and have moments of failure. I hope your supporters and community will stand strong with you.

Merry Christmas Sheldon, I for one don’t mind you restarting the subs. Honestly, all of us who chose to subscribe should be willing to support you for all the content and time and effort you provide! Thank you so much for all you do. Sending you all my support from B.C.! You have my permission to restart my sub any time, including now. 🙏😃

I'll just hold off until the New Year and see where we're all at.

Thank you for the support, Dana.

I really do appreciate it.

Please resume my subscription- and I’ll happily double it to pay it forward for someone else . I’m not swimming in it, but $5 doesn’t mean to me what it does for so many others.

I think that I have probably said it before but

1. Visa and other online companies cheat and lie and scam.

2. on line debits are hard to cancel. It often means cancelling my credit card to do it.

3. banks in Australia have mostly stopped supporting cheques

4 Money orders are expensive and I need to have a postal address to send it to you.

5. If you have written books I will buy them if they are available. I did buy Chicken Soup which I think was one of yours.

6. I donate to Australian writers all the time if they have an Australian bank account. Interestingly some of them still want me to subscribe.

7. Never apologise to me for asking for support. We need to stay strong and together

Thanks folr what you are doing

Whoa. Sheldon, this old lady has tears in her eyes.

What a sincere apology for something I didn't even realize you had to apologize for.

But you make a metric tonne of sense here. As always. Bless your souls, Sheldon and family

You want to keep society at odds, angry and distracted so they don’t focus on their POS governments doing, you create distractions. Find issues you know pisses off a group, find another group to stir the pot, tada you accomplished what you wanted, and racist or rapist are two big thorns that shut people up. While everyone’s fighting over burning churches, and we all know who is paid to do this, or guys marching in the streets yelling bs, and they definitly are paid to do this, just like Canada pays the White Helmets, or groups to do color revolutions or regime changes they are just doing it to us, and it’s not so much fun when it’s been done to us. Anyone who thinks Canada has clean hands in this area knows nothing about their involvment in foreign policy and this isn’t to bash Canada, it’s to bash our government that’s a Royal US ass kisser and follows whatever they tell them to do. Ask an honest military man, or Alex Krainer what Canada does in other folks countries that we have no business being in . It’s just the governments using the same garbage they use on other countries and now it’s payback. Does the government suffer? Do they care? No no more than when they do it to other countries because they don’t pay the price for this, nor are they paying a price for what we are dealing with, no one’s in the streets demanding they be gone. Nothing gets governments attention then angry mobs of voters, but most Canadians don’t do those things and they know it. This will all settle down eventually but I ask myself, what kind of country are we going to be left with. Do you really believe Pierre is going to be able to fix the hundred problems were all facing now, let alone the bomb fires they could do in another year. You only need to look at what Biden’s doing in the world to ensure Trump doesn’t have a hope in hell of dealing with those and fix the US disasters in their own country. Their debt and our debt are not fixable for a very, very long time and he’s not done with blowing everything up yet. We need to not fall for this constant attempts at dividing everyone because we all know alone we’re weak, together we can fight anything

Please don't be sorry. We are all feeling the pinch and your time to bring everyone the information you do is extremely important and not free. You and your family have to survive as well. Perhaps those of us who can afford to have our subs turned back on could be done on an individual bases. I for one give you permission to turn mine back on as of now. I never wanted it turned off to begin with or I would have unsubscribed. Thank you so much for everything you do. You are so very important to this local community and beyond! I hope you and your family have a Merry Christmas and get a little downtime from this clown world. Take Care! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻😊

I would like to become a paid subscription member for your substack but I can't find the option. Let me know how to do it and so I can sign me up!

Options for Paid Subs and payments on existing subs are on pause until the New Year.

I appreciate your support. I will look to resume mid-January.

All the best to you and your family this holiday season!

Is it not possible to somehow have an optional subscription? I thought the idea was to recognize you for your time and efforts in writing articles and analyzing data for us.

If people want to support you, but can't afford the exclusive content, there's always X to follow you on.

And, like.. 5 dollars is too much? I know seniors and people living on AISH that can still afford to buy a case of beer a couple times a month. Even people on welfare, the homeless and cracked out all have cell phones.I think it's a bit of a stretch to say you can't afford five bucks a month. I wonder how they can afford the internet they sent you those messages on. These folks are all down at the library using the computer there?

I wonder how many of these people have Amazon prime, Paramount, Disney plus, Spotify, etc.

I know people on fixed incomes paying almost 200/month for cable TV and internet.

I think what you can 'afford' is often subjective.

That was well said Sheldon I did a subscription with someone once, I won’t name names, my intent is not to shame him although he should be, but as a senior money is tight and I told him I was sorry but every bit counts, and I had to cancel until things got better. He hounded me, made me feel terrible for canceling so needless to say that’s scared me away from ever doing it again. It’s not some of us wouldn’t love to help guys like you out and 5$ doesn’t sound like much but times are tough for everyone and you have shown your dedication in anything you do. You are a good man, there are lots of good men out there, it’s just it’s not exciting for folks to talk about them, when you can bash the fools out there. I wish you luck in your run, not many want to go swimming with snakes but maybe you could be that one to make a difference, and to think of others right now takes a big man
