The Govt makes its own rules. My Mom is in a residence directed by B.C. Interior Health rules. I have a Dr's exemption letter regarding all vaccines as I have severe allergies, and they will not allow me past the front door. With winter here it becomes dangerous to keep taking her out to restaurants or shopping (with care).She meets a lot of people when we are out and then she enters the Residence like she is germ free. I have written a letter on behalf of my Mother to her MLA. Perhaps I will get past the front door yet and the 2 of us can meet segregated from staff or other residents. Even a broom closet would work. People who love power embrace rules even if they are harmful.

If this doesn't work you could serve a Notice of liability personally to each staff member and manager that prevents you from visiting your mom. Your private medical status is NOT the issue. You have divulged your status, or they have assumed your status, and that is a direct violation of privacy. So that violates the requirement of treating you and your mother with respect in the accommodations process.
Document everything. This is the purpose of the NOLs, of course. If you become unsatisfied with the efforts of the police officer (if you call one to assist you in this matter) then you can serve the officer with NOL as well.

You say something like "Well it is true Denmark (and Norway etc) have different epidemiological circumstances, nevertheless it is not so very different there. Isn't it interesting they have stopped recommending the shots? They are certainly not right wing extremists, I suspect they 'follow the science'." And so on.
