VISP Failure Part 1
About a month ago, I broke down some stats on the Vaccine Injury Support Program(VISP), in Canada based off of the reporting done by Health Canada and also by this little clip from CTV that showed…
That the VISP program has only approved 8 out of 774 claims, 71 of them deemed “inadmissible”, link to previous stack→They will Die before they Collect.
Where this is particularly offensive is that at current, which is about month behind today…there are over 50k Vaccine Adverse Events Following Immunization, where over 10k of these are SERIOUS.
Which should make you wonder why there are only 774 reports when there are 13x as many SERIOUS ADVERSE EVENTS reported by Health Canada.
The other thing that isn’t taken into consideration is the actual number of deaths and hospitalizations that have followed the Vaccines…and why this is important.
You see…by Good Pharmacovigilance Practices (GVP) Guidelines (GUI-0102), which has been in place in Canada, since February 11, 2013 states:
Unusual Failure in Efficacy - This has been considered an adverse drug reaction for many years under the Food and Drug Regulations. It applies to new drugs only. The underlying principle is that if a health product fails to produce the
expected intended effect, there may be an adverse outcome for the patient, including an exacerbation of the condition
for which the health product is being used. Clinical judgment should be exercised by a qualified health care professional from the market authorization holder (MAH) to determine if the problem reported is related to the product itself, rather than one of treatment selection or disease progression since health products cannot be expected to be effective in 100% of the patients. One example of unusual failure in efficacy is a previously well-stabilized condition that deteriorates when the patient changes to a different brand or receives a new prescription. Another example of a case that should be reported on an expedited basis is a life-threatening infection where the failure in efficacy seems to be due to the development of a newly resistant strain of bacterium previously regarded as susceptible.
For many years, prior to 2013, that vaccines FAIL if a life-threatening infection occurs where the failure in efficacy seems to be due to the New Resistant Strains. Funny part about this is…the Vaccines never prevented transmission meaning that following jabs 1 and 2 - the original designed protocols, the Vaccines had Already Failed without a new strain…and have continued to do so, since…and in fact, at current to August 21, 2022…there have been more Cases, Hospitalizations and Deaths in the VACCINATED Communities than have been in the unvaccinated:
Where unvaccinated now make up less than 50% of all 3 metrics being tracked. Now, of course Health Canada no longer posts the stats of what this looks like, but if you remember the early days where all of our efforts were put in because if we could “Save one life”, it was all worth it.
Yeah…where are we now with this same rhetoric?
5th jabs being rolled out, 50k vaccine injuries, 10k serious, 200% increase in mortality since the jabs have rolled out and the government still banging this same drum for the fall with threats of More Mandates if we don’t get 80-90% of the population up-to-date with their COVID Jabs!

In my previous substack on the VISP program, I concluded:
Where I’d originally thought the VISP Program would cost into the Billions…I underestimated the ability of the Liberal Government to screw Canadians…even those who listened. It won’t cost nearly this much…these people will DIE before they ever collect.
And I was partially wrong on this because a lot of these people will be rejected by the VISP program for “REASONS”, and that will be the end of that!
As a sample of what rejection looks like…let’s get back to Becky!

So who is Becky?
Becky is a Teacher, Mother and Vaccine Injury Victim - and is also, Drew Weatherhead’s sister…and he’s drilled out the timeline of his sister’s injuries and rejection:
Drew reached out to me last night when he got notice of Becky being rejected and asked if I could help…
Because Becky only has until November 12th, 2022 to file an appeal of her rejection…we need to act fast. Becky needs legal representation and we all need to see what is going on here.
I’ve personally committed to Drew and Becky that I will do everything I can to make sure that Becky’s case gets some spotlight attention and that her story will be shared because hopefully…this will get others to share their stories of rejection by this failed program as well.
And this is where I need your help!
We need Becky and all of these rejected cases brought to full frontal attention, provincially, across Canada and GLOBALLY!
Our Government Caused this…with no regard for the health of it’s citizens.
And we hold them responsible and make them pay!
Please share this in your social media groups…forward this email through your community and reach as far as you can. If there are any others who have faced this same rejection, please direct them to me…I want to make sure that they have a voice in this as well and that their story get’s heard.
We deserve to know the full impacts of what this last 2 years has caused.
I will be working with Drew and Becky on more of the background, more information about her case and drilling into the timeline in subsequent stacks. The more we know, the more we can help others identify the harms that have come to them and make the Canadian Liberal Government Responsible for their actions!
Each day I open these reports of all this abuse by Governments and the fact that Becky was INTENTIONALLY harmed by them and now they are denying her makes my blood boil. I am in the U.S., but I can’t believe how far and evil Canada has become. I know the U.S. isn’t far behind. I sure wish people would wake up. Had their not been so many people running to get these without questioning it, maybe there would have been more hope, but at this point the tyrants are in full control. We will put Becky in our prayers. What a beautiful young woman and mother destroyed in her prime by monsters.
