Hey, Twitter is OK; the Twitter censors suck. I had a nice group of Twitter followers and people followed who understood the issues around medical tyranny. The day I hit 1000 followers I was suspended. Coincidence? No idea. In any case there are lots or people on Twitter still who are aware of the issues. A number have moved over to GETTR now.
Of course, this doctor may be living on borrowed time. You can get a temporary suspension on Twitter for posting a link to a medical journal article which does not keep the Twitter censors happy. That happened to me twice.
