As you will read, complaints can be brought by 'patients' against their doctors or the doctor's staff, for breaches of practice standards, and therein lies the problem. Not sure if you've heard of CSASPP, but they've been trying to get a class action certified against Bonnie for for over three years now, over her Covid misdeeds. As it stands today, their suit is still not even certified by BC courts, much less have they actually prosecuted her. In any event, they initially investigated bringing a complaint to the BC College against, her but the College didn't even take the complaint on the basis that they only investigate complaints brought patients against their doctors. They also said at the time that complaints against doctors in their capacities as public officials are not investigated by the College either. Not sure how the complaint process works in the Colleges in other provinces but I'd be surprised if it wasn't similar.
Having said all that, that was CPSBC's position on complaints three years ago. Not impossible that it has changed, but I'd be shocked if it has, for the better. You could certainly call and ask.
I will bookmark March 3. To be honest I am in awe of those who can deep dive where I get lost…but I will see how I can help. Can’t take much more of all of this, but I do realize there is no letting off of the pedal!
There are many I'd like to see fall for their errors, arrogance and fraud imposing unjustified medical tyranny and restrictions and Fisman is certainly at the front of that line.
Sheldon, I'm not sure if you're aware that David Dickson has already contacted and spoke with people within the UCP government about the fraud undertaken by AHS and former UCP officials. He has been gaslit by individuals within the Smith ministry who realize they are in trouble if they present his evidence to law enforcement.
I wonder about a class-action civil suit - for the discrimination suffered as the result of an alleged fraudulent study...would that work? Is there discovery with a civil suit? Could name the journal and U of T as well.
I found it stunning how every major news outlet released this study within hours. Who drove that agenda? Do you remember when Freeland was pictured with the banner? Someone from her office called the news outlet (was it G and M - I can't remember) to pressure them to change the story or remove the pic (can't remember details) - I believe that reporter quit in protest and works for Western Standard now...how many other times has that kind of manipulation taken place? Again, would a civil suit work? Anybody?
Hello all, my husband is a retired lawyer. We’re both unvaxxed but not participating in these suits and here’s why: if Leighton loses them ( his experience is not in class actions), the courts can award costs against all the participants….. not a sure thing, but entirely possible. And costs to defend a class action are huge, as are costs to bring them. So be sure to ask Leighton about how he’s funding both the suits ( so he doesn’t keep coming with his hands out to his plaintiffs) and how he will cover costs, if he loses.
I know that Dr. Makis is working on something for health care workers and I belive Leighton Grey has started a class action suit for anyone that was negatively affected by the mandates. Can anyone confirm?

Sadly the guy who buried this info is not an MDs so Sheldon’s initiative won’t work here. That’s not to say we shouldn’t try and get him fired.
Wow!
Let’s start with Bonnie Henry! Oh, and be calm, be kind and be safe my friends….and persecute her to the max.
Here is a link to the BC College's complaint form: https://www.cpsbc.ca/files/pdf/Complaint-Form.pdf

I’ll do my best to support from afar - I think it’s a great plan to “play them at their own game”!
This was already done by the National Citizen's Inquiry last spring. Tons of documentation on the website.

Leighton Grey has two suits in place, which are still open for participation as far as I know...

One is for vax injured and the other is for the uninjected, which I'm in.
Worth looking up and into to see what could be done with what's already started.
