I got it on new years eve (Saturday night) and took IVM. Sunday was a washout as I was just tired from lack of sleep. Watched Rick & Morty / Futurama and napped. Took second dose of IVM Sunday night. Monday I could tell I was in "full recovery mode". Took my third dose of IVM Monday night. Tuesday I did a light workout because I was bored. Felt okay, just a bit tired. No meds Tuesday night. Sunday to Friday I did the rest of the flccc.net protocol (1% povidone-iodine nasal rinse was gross but worked great).

I've been taking D and zinc during the bottom half of the year and augmenting with quercetin and NAC when I feel a 'tickle' coming on, which has happened a few times and then gone away after a day or so. It's like my immune system is saying "bugger off, mate. We're not having any of that."
