It seems that not only are we not moving on but the government is doubling down on failed and ineffective policies that most countries seem to be abandoning for now. So what does our illustrious leader do. He flys into war torn Ukraine this weekend for a photo op. It was quite shocking to see him there hanging out with all the important people without his mask. He must have forgotten it. I mean, everytime we see him in Canada, the land of the vaccinated, he is wearing a mask. But not in Ukraine, that magical place where covid doesn't exist. I believe their vaccinated rate is about 30 percent. I'm sure we will all be reassured when he next appears in parliament all masked up once again. Brian Peckford summed it all up quite nicely today regarding Trudeau and company. And I quote. Going to Ukraine " it's a right of passage these days". I bet Trudeau is having the time of his life in war torn Kiev. After all BONO is there. I'm sure Sean Pen will arrive sooner or later.
