Pissed away $$$ on testing. This is a great comment

I think our kids gave us one of their COVID Rapid Tests...and we ended up forwarding it on to the other...the wife and I have never been tested but my kids have had to use several of these for work and to keep their kids in school as well as go out and have the PCR testing done. Just on them alone this was a complete waste of money...they were never at risk by way of age and health...but there were Millions of the Rapid tests handed out and millions of tests that were completed by medical professionals...all a complete waste.

Pissed away is kind in description, I think.

No vax's, no testing, having a cold bug right now... we'll get over it like we always have. Lasts 3 days, 2 more to get 100% and boom there's our immune system working as it should.

Fantastic post. This is why I chose to become a paid member. You are, without a doubt, my favorite substack. I am continuously amazed by your determination and ability to get to the truth.

Looking forward to your return.

P. S. If you wait long enough the snow will probably melt. I lived in Calgary for 18 months and quickly discovered the meaning of a Chinook!

I have to ask. Is this lust an artifact of less asymptomatic testing and concentrating testing on those with symptoms serious enough to warrant testing? People have grown tired of testing, testing, testing and even many of those with a mild cold don't bother anymore..

People are dying in greater numbers from less virulent variants and strains of COVID. They've had 3 years to make things better...and they are actually getting worse.

The first year, deaths were high because they were collapsing lungs with ventilators and calling all elderly deaths with flu-like symptoms COVID. Since then, they've added 5 jabs of vaccines, 2 different versions for bivalent, Paxlovid and 3 years experience in trying to not kill people.

I mentioned that this is part due to less testing, absolutely...but less testing doesn't account for the spike in CFR for the end of 2022...low testing started in April. Spikes in CFR started in October, after the bivalents were introduced.

Thanks. I wondered also if the testing methods have changed because the CFR depends strongly on the definition and detection of cases. Can we trust that number?

We never could. It's all been bullshit. The Cases...Deaths...Vaccines...All of it.

None of it can be trusted. I just use their metrics and data to expose them in their lies.
