This is HUGE! Kenney and Hinshaw are Going to Swing for this...
And this is just the beginning!
Back in February and again in April, I was dialed into the first court case against the government based on the lockdown mandates and I was literally on the edge of my seat…during the February proceedings.
In the days that I watched, you could see how terrible the Alberta Emergency Response was to COVID actually play out. Unfortunate for me, I literally witnessed the beginning of this, at the hospital level…that’s another story…
Watching the performance of the Experts, accept the ones who weren’t actually experts at anything, rationalize the decisions made throughout the pandemic were comical at best. It was a complete 360 degree folly!

Hinshaw was supposed to be testifying during this time and that’s what I was most specifically waiting for…but because of some procedural issues, this would be postponed to April.
Anxiously I awaited!
And then, as trial was set to begin with Hinshaw in the Hot Seat, my basement flooded and I missed most of Day 1 Testimony…
I never completed my posts on each of her days of trial because…welp, it was just too fucking boring and I wanted to maintain some subscribers. I mean, I could post a thousand randomly selected words in a stack and have kept more interest than what was in Hinshaws testimony…with exception to a big portion of Deena’s testimony on Day 1.

Which is where I’d finally read about the AHS pandemic response using a literal PSYOP - using guidance from the Behavioral Change Wheel, instead of posting actual information on COVID.
The other part of it…was that I was expecting to see a lot more information come out, when the judge had to review information that was protected by ‘Cabinet Confidentiality’…particularly where Deena was asked if her recommendations were influenced by political pressure.
I lost track of the case and never really found out what the result was…haven’t seen Rath in a while and welp, pretty much forgot about the whole thing.

This is where everything should start to change and where Kenney and Hinshaw should be facing criminal charges!

The now-public documents contain a memo generated by the Premier’s office, sent to both Premier Kenney and Dr. Hinshaw, regarding lack of evidence to justify forced public masking and the dangers to children from such orders. The Alberta government failed to disclose the existence of these documents in the Ingram case.
According to the Application, the Alberta government-generated memo states that:
There is insufficient direct evidence of the effectiveness of face masks in reducing transmission of Covid in educational settings;
That there are harmful effects of mask wearing on children; and
That masks can:
Disrupt learning;
Interfere with children’s social development;
Interfere with children’s emotional development;
Interfere with children’s speech development;
Impair verbal and non-verbal communication;
Impair emotional signalling; and
Impair facial recognition.
During her cross-examination in April, Dr. Hinshaw was specifically asked whether she was aware of any evidence of harms to elementary school children from being compelled to wear masks. Dr. Hinshaw answered this question before the court in April in the negative. The Application contends Dr. Hinshaw’s answers to this line of questions were false, and that she failed to disclose her knowledge of the harms to children from forced masking.
Hinshaw straight up perjured herself.
They all knew that the masks were harmful on kids and they straight up went along with it anyways…they knew masks did fuck all - while failing to disclose this, when they were legally bound to do so…and tried to loophole their way out of this with ‘Cabinet Confidentiality’.
From the first set of reports from the first leg of this trial…Leighton Grey had also caught Deborah Gordon, BP and COO, Clinical Operations - who we pay $437,000 tax dollars per year, lied about knowledge of those in the 70+ age range being high risk…when it was actually in the affidavit that she provided - read about this here:
As it turns out…if you read the replies, Colleen had pointed out that, witnesses lie all of the time and that she’d never heard of anyone being charged with perjury…from what I’ve seen since February of this year…she’s not wrong.
Now this mask thing is big…HUGE in fact because every province would be privy to the same information stating that masks were a complete fucking SHAM - so every province will be made to face the music on these same decisions in future cases.
But this should also kick open the doors to a lot more of what is trying to be held behind ‘Cabinet Confidentiality’.
Let’s start off with the Mixed Doses of Vaccines.
Let’s continue with the risk assessment of the Vaccines for Under 19’s…every step of the way.
Let’s go through the lockdowns carried on after they’d already seen the abysmal failures based on actual information, not relying on statistical modeling - that also failed throughout the last 2+ years - EVERY TIME!
And then…let’s crack that shit open on the political nature of the Vaccine Passports rolled out by the province…where they segregated people from their families, travel, social interactions and children from schooling, tutoring, child care services, sports….
Because we already know:
While this may impact my predictions of this COVID bullshit not ending until 2025…I can take that hit and admit I was wrong. I really just want all of this to be over!
