The Results are Under Review...

Public Health Emergencies Governance Review Panel

In our last provincial election, one of the things that the UCP ran on and the NDP were promising to close down…was an investigation into the COVID measures…you probably seen it in the news…Link

And with this…there was a timeline set, by Smith on this review panel…which now indicates that these results are “Under Review”.

Now…this review isn’t a review of the final report…oh no, it isn’t.

It’s only a “Review” of the interim report and recommendations by the government and this was supposed to happen by June 30th, 2023 or just over 2 full weeks ago.

Now…you have to know that if Smith wanted to push this forward and Notley wanted to close it down, that the scope might reveal some things that the provincial NDP (which is actually the same as the Federal NDP), didn’t want to get leaked…and when you look at the Scope of Review, you can absolutely appreciate why this might be.

AHS, as well as the former Premier of Alberta - Jason Kenney (and others), will have a lot to answer for in this set of reviews and given some of these above stated topics, should literally be facing prison time, as in…

Now…I’m going to be spreading these out, by way of analysis, in order because I could write an entire book on this shit, and it won’t fit into your email and you probably wouldn’t read the entire thing in one go…so, let’s begin…at the beginning.

General public health and health information:

You see…this one alone is kind of a big thing…because when came to risk from COVID, the one thing you need to appreciate is that NOBODY, without pre-existing conditions (which are Medically Diagnosed), died from COVID…meaning that deeming businesses essential and closing them down, such as gyms, restaurants and outdoor events, should have never happened…add to this, Schools should have Never Been Closed because even before the first case of COVID was ever diagnosed in the province, we absolutely knew that the risks of COVID didn’t impact anybody other than those who suffer from, what were deemed at the time - Comorbidities, where AHS never deemed Obesity as an actual Comorbidity, even though the majority of conditions that were associated with High Risk Populations are predominantly Consumption Related Diseases.

Check it…this is what the province posted in their final reporting at the end of 2020 for COVID Mortality:

That there was a sum total of 20 deaths, from COVID, with No Comorbidity…where, again…Obesity was never listed as a comorbidity but the Highest Risk was associated with Consumption Related Diseases:

Hypertension, Cardio-vascular, renal disease and liver disease are ALL Consumption Related.

Dementia is a dietary deficiency…and an END OF LIFE condition, triggered by a weakened immune system brought on by a chronic condition that taxes the immune system, without replenishment of immune supporting nutrients.

Diabetes - which we came to learn is Type 2 Diabetes - Insulin Resistance, only impacts the morbidly obese.

Cancer is vague…but also impacted/worsened by consumption of carbohydrates, starches and sugars.

Kidney disease can either be by over-consumption or deficiency - though may be effected by other conditions.

Immuno-Deficiency Diseases is so broad and vague it could literally mean chronic headaches, arthritis or simply dietary deficiencies brought on by being old and not having teeth to chew meat.

And even if we only focused on the age stratification, the general health of anybody under the age of 20…there was literally ZERO risk of Mortality:

Look at that…there were more deaths in people who had an ‘Unknown’ Age, than thee sum total of anybody under the age of 20 - meaning that, at very least - closing schools was a terrible idea.

But this actually goes further, because the dates are not really specified in the length of the investigation, meaning that the investigation should have also covered the Vaccines, who should get them and who would gain no benefit from them - which of course ALSO includes those under the age of 20…that needed to be Disclosed on the Consent Form, before you could even be vaccinated.

If you look up, you will see that at the end of 2020, there were 100,428 cases and further up, 20 deaths with no comorbidites, meaning that without age stratification that showed 96% of the mortality was in those over the age of 60 (which we already knew were high risk by age alone), the survival rate of the general population of the province without pre-existing health conditions was about 99.98%.

In order to fully consent, this information should have been provided…but it wasn’t…and when proper consent isn’t present, this is deemed “Assault and Battery”, according to the Consent Guidelines for Canadian Physicians→ Link

You see, even in this, the Doctors aren’t off the hook by throwing some administrative personnel under the table…The Physician is liable for assault and battery “when treatment was obtained through serious or fraudulent misrepresentation in what was explained to the patient”.

But wait…it actually gets worse.

Because the one thing I haven’t mentioned yet is coercion, under the Requirements for ‘Valid Consent’:

Patients must always be free to consent and be free of any suggestion of duress or coercion.

Patients must always be free to consent under any suggestion of compulsion by actions or words of ‘of the physician or others’, may be no consent at all.

Patients must always be free to consent and the physicians should be more than usually careful that the patients are in full agreement and that there has been no coercion and that the will of other persons has not been imposed on the patient.

Let’s see how better you are at remembering all of the things that go under coercion…here’s my list:

• Not being able to go into social settings - restaurants, bars, movie theatres…

• Not being able to eat the food you bought in a shopping mall food court while sitting at a table;

• Not being able to tend church services in person;

• Not getting before care and after care for your school aged children;

• Not being able to find affordable tutoring for your child';

• Your child not being able to play extracurricular activates; & to extend this,

• During lockdowns children in the Province of Alberta were threatened to be TASED by Calgary Police Services for skating on an outdoor risk;

• You were restricted in travel to outside of the province; (get accommodations in British Columbia) and then,

• You couldn’t leave the country; and then,

• You could lose your job because of travel restrictions;

• You were enticed by provincial lotteries up to a million dollars and down to $150 gift visa;

• You were told that masking would end once we were all vaccinated;

• You were ostracized by your family on the words of then CMOH - Deena Hinshaw - suggesting it was “unsafe to be with your unvaccinated family members”, during seasonal and religious gatherings;

• You were coerced by the data on mortality that increased, retroactively in 2020 by an additional 50%;

• You were called name called and shamed by everybody from your next-door neighbor to family members all the way up to the Prime Minister of Canada;

• You were banned from social media for commenting with some questions regarding legitimate concerns;

• Do you even know what “New Normal”, even means anymore?

• Do you even remember what “Normal”, used to be?

You know I could fill 3 chapters with this lunacy, alone…I’ll save some for you to hit in the comments section.

While I have touched on, in this “General public health and health information” section almost every other topic that was supposed to be reviewed…there really is enough here to put people in jail.

And I’ve only hit the first section!

Off of just this alone, we could extradite the prime minister and his whole cabinet to Alberta for crimes against the province, fire and jail the majority of doctors involved in giving the jabs…Lock up the Majority of AHS Senior Staff…Yank Kenney, Shandro and Copping in front of a tribunal and maybe even a firing squad…

Now…I’m gunna just cut this off here because you are probably already being completely overwhelmed with what I’ve not talked about and complete fucking RAGE!

Because, there really is no good reason to just start a week of with this, if I can extend it throughout the entire week, hey?

Again…small bites or a really large book…I’m not even giving you the option.
