Shit is going to Hit the Proverbial Fan!

I'm suing social media.

We’re all in a bit of a temperamental situation…while restrictions seem down, we know that they’re about to fucking explode into the fall and this is all driven over a complete bullshit narrative.

To date, I have been banned by 2x social median platforms, LinkedIn and Twitter, for spreading - Misinformation.

Welp.

It’s time to make them show their cards and I am 100% going to the mattresses!

For them to shun you from their networks because of an infraction, seems a little weak. If the information you share is provided by Government Sourced Information, is literally libel.

• 298 (1) A defamatory libel is matter published, without lawful justification or excuse, that is likely to injure the reputation of any person by exposing him to hatred, contempt or ridicule, or that is designed to insult the person of or concerning whom it is published.

Throughout my postings on both LinkedIn and Twitter, I have relied on information that is shared by both the Province of Alberta and Health Canada through the Health-Info-base.

By claiming that my information is misinformation while allowing both parties to continue posting information that disagrees with their statistical analysis is LIBEL.

Clear as fucking day!

While we have time, before the fall, I will be launching civil suit against both LinkedIn and Twitter.

I will provide both of them an opportunity to retract their statements and pay a settlement based on their egregious errors and to re-institute my accounts, in full standings with all previous stats and subscriber bases. Failing that, they will be served with notification where the claim amounts will be a lot higher and they will still need to do the same.

It’s time we stop fucking around here.

We’ll be 2025 before this shit ends, unless we end it first and with the government…those wheels will be turning well into the next century before a ‘Truth and Reconciliation’ day is provided to Canadians.

Fuck em!

Here’s my deal.

I don’t actually want the money…I just want my voice back but believe that they should pay for their actions. When this comes to head, I may need some support…a lot of support. In this, I will offer an even up on investments made to legal for what the payout actually is. Cost/Payout=Your profit.

Whether you are into a payout or not, appreciate 1 thing…I’ve never have been. It’s never been about the money and has always bout the free share of information.

Now…my case is kind of exclusive in what we are looking at because 100% of the data that I have used, that’s been deemed “misinformation”, has been provided by the government.

So, while you may have your own bone to pick…realize that we need to force social media to actually allow truth to prevail before you even get your chance with Goliath.
