I’d give you a few really long back stories on, why we haven’t had a Zoom Town Hall lately, because they always work better when it’s really cold outside and we didn’t have enough winter this year…
That pesky climate boiling n all…
And a second on why I am more focused on stuff other than COVID…but I’ll cover that as we go on…
And in a third section, apologize for just not having a townhall…when I full out talked about having one throughout the Christmas Season.
Sorry…my bad, time got away from me.
Good. We’re all caught up now and without 4000 words.
Anyways…along the lines of the APP previous stack, while I was in Edmonton, last week, I met up with Bill Tufts. Hadn’t seen him in around a year and got to chatting about his book:
As we were going through this, I thought, what a great topic of conversation to have over a townhall…just in case others were as behind on this topic as I was. I gave him an open invite to join us in a townhall and followed up this evening…turns out, he’s got some free time to chat with us on Thursday of next week…so whether you make the UCP APP event or not, why not have another look at the Pension Programs that we’re facing…specific from Bill’s perspective on How Public Sector Unions are Bankrupting Canada.
I’ll fire off some reminders on this…for those of you knew to YakkStack, these are pretty free-flowing conversations, cameras are optional and that are literally free to join in on.
As most of you know, I am terrible at recording and posting these but have made this sort of thing more of a focus this year. Fingers crossed, if you are unable to attend in live, I’ll find a way to have the video put up.
Hope to see you out next Thursday, Live…and see you in print in between.
If your curious about Bill’s book and the topics we’ll cover, you can find it here →Amazon
I do hope you can record it...I'll be at one of the Provincial Health care town halls. Keep up the great work!
