In the same way we see it now, it will be the same way historians will look back at Canada, during this time, where the words Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), lead to the most divisive period in the history of Canada, introduced by the most divisive Prime Minister in the history of Canada - Justin Trudeau.
As per Wikipedia:
Diversity, equity, and inclusion (usually abbreviated DEI) are organizational frameworks which seek to promote "the fair treatment and full participation of all people", particularly groups "who have historically been underrepresented or subject to discrimination" on the basis of identity or disability. These three notions (diversity, equity, and inclusion) together represent "three closely linked values" which organizations seek to institutionalize through DEI frameworks
How do you take these words and a concept like this and bastardize it so horribly that it can only be used to divide, unless this was the actual purpose?
It’s not unlike the word, “Progressive”, when used in political leanings, where progress actually identifies regressive ideas.
Men can be women…
50 year old men should be allowed to compete against 14 year old girls in athletic contests…
Men should be allowed in battered women’s shelters, if they identify as a woman…
Prisons too!
Let’s put tampons in the bathrooms of all men’s washrooms, to be progressive and inclusive.
These ideas are stupid…they rob women of their true identity and value…they emasculate men.
But what is worse under the idea of DEI is that by segregating minorities, either by their immutable qualities or by their mental deficiencies/instabilities, this has become a tool to help sway votes in elections that both of the Coaligned Liberal/NDP use to sway votes.
You don’t have to believe me, but let’s see if we can assemble a few pieces to this puzzle and then you can decide for yourself.
First off, let’s check out the current and most recent - out of control - Massive Immigration into Canada, where the population of the country has increased by (nearest figures I’ve found), some 2.5 million people, over the last 2 years.
Canada is the number one leading importer of economic migrants by way of population size, on the planet.
Of these, we seen that a lot of these people that have come into the country rely on and continue to rely on our taxpayer sponsored handouts, years after their arrival.
Not forgetting how much of our hard earned Cash actually goes to supporting their first year in Canada…
And when you think of our current revenue tax rates in Canada, being about 45%…this means that 27 Minutes out of every hour that you work, or 3.6 Hours of your every working day…goes to feeding people you’ve never met who come from places you couldn’t find on a map without the use of google, it’s actually pretty disturbing.
When you realize that not only is this a part of your every day burden, but that this debt is now generational (people who aren’t even born yet, will still be paying off Trudeau’s wild spending), it’s even worse.
Now…if you haven’t recently called into Service Canada - for any services, you should give this a try…because what I want you to realize is that you will most likely not be greeted by somebody who has English as a First Language.
They’re imports…under Diversity, Equity and Inclusion…where Canadians are disqualified out of these, low-skill, high paying, great pension jobs…because we need to be inclusive of other unskilled workers who never paid their fair share before being granted a cush-gig in public service.
This is a form of nepotism, but it’s also a form of REWARD for your vote…given that a lot of these positions have been CREATED over the last few years.
Let’s start by looking at the national numbers. Between the onset of the COVID recession in February 2020 and June 2023, the number of government jobs across the country increased by 11.8 per cent compared to only 3.3 per cent in the private sector (including the self-employed).
The data show that workers have been more than willing to join the fast-expanding public service. From April 2014 to April 2023, federal, provincial and municipal employment grew 22.3 per cent, private-sector employment only 11.4 per cent. Today, public-sector employment accounts for almost 20.9 per cent of all jobs in Canada…
The FASTEST growing sector in Canada is Public - Government paid positions, greatly dwarfing that of private, including self-employed, where 1 in 5 jobs in Canada is now a TAXPAYER Sponsored JOB!
And again…who are these jobs going to?
Pick up the phone and find out!
45% of your earnings and future generations of Canadians are going to work to pay for people being drop shipped into Canada, who will continue to VOTE for those who support them by their immutable qualities over their actual abilities, including effective communication in one of our 2 official languages.
The same people, who put tampons into men’s bathrooms under the farce of inclusivity.
The same people who’ve made it so that your daughter or granddaughter won’t feel safe using a public change room/washroom…because of grown men, dressed as women, sharing this space.
But wait…it get’s worse.
As progress on some measures in the Liberal-NDP confidence-and-supply agreement continue to play out publicly, the two parties have quietly been in talks to table electoral reform legislation before the next federal vote.
Leading these negotiations on the political front, are Public Safety, Democratic Institutions and Intergovernmental Affairs Minister Dominic LeBlanc, and NDP MP and democratic reform critic Daniel Blaikie.
In an interview with CTVNews.ca between NDP caucus retreat sessions in Edmonton, Blaikie said there has been "a fair amount of work done," towards drafting amendments to the Canada Elections Act.
Given current polling…Liberals and NDP popularity circling the drain, even after committing you to a lifetime of serving their voters…
The 2 least popular and most divisive leaders in the History of Canada, Justin Trudeau and Jagmeet Singh have even more plans to Stack the Deck.
And whatever words are given to describe these amazing electoral reforms…keep in mind how badly and twisted they’ve turned the words, Progressive, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion…
DEI is a tool…”Electoral Reform”, could be the final nail in the coffin of anything that resembles a true democracy in Canada.
