Some of you were on the YakkStack Towhhall with MLA Shane Getson and may remember one of the other guests that was on during this call - Sheila Annette Lewis. She was the second transplant case in the Province of Alberta who was denied a life-saving transplant because of her vaccination status - being Unvaccinated.
Sheila had challenged the ruling and was still denied on appeal.
Alberta Premier Daniel Smith, had vowed to seek additional medical opinions on this but was ultimately left in the hands of the same folk who denied Sheila the transplant to begin with.
You can read more about this from the Western Standard in their write up about this, one month ago →Link.
But here’s the thing…
One of our YakkStack Community and a good friend of mine, Camilla, was going through some information last night that she wanted to bring to my attention. The consent form for the Province of Alberta - for the COVID-19 Vaccinations which can be found →Link, and what it reveals is that, according to Health Canada Statistics, is that 76% of the population of Canada can be declined for transplant surgery and not because they haven’t been vaccinated, but because they haven’t been boosted over the last 6 Months.
The most recent update on Vaccination Status for Canada shows that only 24% of the population has been vaccinated in the last 6 months, meaning…76% haven’t.
And here is where this is important.
According to the above posted link for the COVID Vaccine Consent Form…
How many doses of the protein-based COVID19 vaccine do I need? Primary series You need at least 2 doses of the protein-based COVID-19 vaccine. These doses are called your primary series. For some people, 2 doses may not give enough protection. You may need a third dose to complete your primary series if you have a health problem that weakens your immune system. For example:
You have had or will have an organ or stem cell transplant.
You have kidney disease and need dialysis.
You have acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS).
You take certain medicines that weaken your immune system. Studies have shown that a third dose may provide better protection for adults with a weak immune system. In children with a weak immune system, an extra dose may also give better protection, but research is still happening to learn more.
You may need a third dose if you have had or will have an organ transplant.
It further goes on to say…
Booster doses A booster dose will help keep you protected during times when there will likely be lots of COVID-19 virus going around, such as fall and winter. You can get a booster dose 5 months after your last dose. Waiting 5 months helps the booster dose work better. However, if you are at high risk of getting very sick from COVID19 because of a health condition or you live in a seniors care facility, such as a nursing home, you can get a booster dose 3 months after your last dose. If you are age 5 to 11 years, you can get a single booster dose. If you are age 5 to 11 years and got the original mRNA vaccine (not the bivalent vaccine) as a booster dose, you can get another booster dose if you have certain health problems such as:
a weak immune system due to an illness or medicine
kidney disease and need dialysis
heart, lung, or liver problems
diabetes
a lot of extra weight
had or will have an organ or stem cell transplant
And according to the Provincial COVID Dashboard…
A booster dose is recommended at 5 months after the second dose and at least 3 months following infection with COVID-19 to increase the level of protection against severe outcomes →Link.
Roll back 6 months today and that brings us back to August 17th, 2022…
And what is important about this is…The first Bivalent Vaccines didn’t become available in Canada until November 3, 2022 →Link
Meaning if 76% of Canadians haven’t been updated with Bivalent Vaccines…76% of Canadians aren’t eligible for Transplant Surgery!
Now…is this only the rule in Alberta?
Could Sheila or others, unvaccinated or not up-to-date on their vaccinations just visit another province for their live saving surgeries?
No…Health Canada has the same recommendations which mean that all provinces will have the same criteria on this life saving procedure.
And think of how huge this actually is…for the 29+ Million Canadians that may need this or other medical treatments based on this same logic.
Oh…I know…this probably doesn’t affect you because you don’t need an organ, right now…but what if you are in an accident?
Get an infection that boxes one of your organs?
Age into a condition where you will require an organ?
According to the ‘Experts’, you either get the jabs or you can Kick Rocks!

Find yourself in the same place that Sheila Annette Lewis is in…facing certain death or needing to pay out hundreds of thousands of dollars to get this same surgery done by the Mayo Clinic in the United States.
All the recent fuss with all Premiers wanting more money from the feds…and this little nugget has seemingly escaped them.
Maybe they’d be best reminded that they’re probably not eligible for a transplant too?
Or maybe, they just Hop to the Front of the Line, like former BC Premier - John Horgan did, ignoring all rules and the thousands lined up behind him for his treatment.
Funny how all of those who thought Premier Smith was only catering to “The Fringe”, in addressing Sheila’s case, are actually in the same boat as Sheila.
I guess they didn’t actually read the consent form either, hey?
Those rules combined with the new MAiD guidelines should alleviate the organ shortage in the country. A ton of people will die before they get their transplants. Those making these rules need to hang. I know we don't have the death penalty in Canada but I'm willing to bring it back in this case.
The whole idea is that you get up to date on your vaccines so once they put you on immune suppressing drugs after the transplant you are protected.
1) The covid vaccine does NOT prevent infection.
2) 3 lung (New York) and 20 cornea (Japan) transplants have been rejected after vaccination.
Some of the organ rejections in #2 had been stable for years but "suddenly and unexpectedly" were rejected after the vaccine (But it's NOT the vax because it's NEVER the vax /s).
Myself and family took ourselves off the organ donation lists. I stopped donating blood in August of 2020. There is no point to participating in society when society is doing war crimes on you.
Public Health is denying people transplant organs because of not taking an experimental “vaccine” that doesn’t actually work. Interesting to see if it applies to the people who won’t take the boosters. But I’m sure using unvaxxed donor organs are just fine. Evil in plain view. Humanity is so lost.
