Leighton Grey was the Superstar today, Jeff Rath seemed a little off his game and as much as I hate to admit it, Nicholas Parker for the Province is actually pretty stellar at his job…I do question his witness selection but really have no idea what his options were, I’ll get to this.
Starting off…the case is a little troubling for a couple of reasons.
Limited Scope by way of timeline;
I just found out that some of questions that were prepared for Dr. Hinshaw will not be allowed because of Crown Privilege.
(1)Where Parker has been doing a decent job is in keeping everything that the province did up to the timeline that has previously been agreed to, July 6, 2021. There is only 8 months out of 2 years, but we do know a lot more now than did back in the days Up To July, 2021.
What is a little upsetting about this is, there is no allowance for what happened following this date. Some of the questions and witnesses have been brought out to discredit or offer counter information to Dr. Jay Bhattacharya - who was today’s first of 3 witnesses. What is upsetting about this is, they use the Great Barrington Declaration, published in October of 2020 and counter witness testimony after this date to discredit his summaries but never have to take into consideration the following failures because of the timeline:
While not everything in the GBD is correct, there is still a lot of information that is. When the case was brought forward, in July of 2021, the province of Alberta was “Open for Summer”, and everybody thought that this would be the end of COVID.
It’d be nice for Dr. Jay to get back on the stand and question the Provinces witnesses and say, so, did any of your ideas actually work?
But he can’t. Hard Stop Timeline.
(2)I’m not actually positive when Hinshaw will be chatting this week, honestly not even positive it’s going to happen but if it does, might look like she’d start tomorrow and end on Thursday, another hard stop for these proceedings on February 24th, 2022.
From a discussion end of day today, I learned that questions posed to Deena have been gone over and due to some information being around Privileged Conversations, these questions will never even be asked. Upsetting as this is…there’s still been a lot of great information brought forward and I’ve still managed to pick up a few things.
Dr. Jay Bhattacharya
Without being able to use the Johns Hopkins meta-analysis from January of 2022, Leighton and Rath were able to separate out a few studies from the meta to discuss with Dr. Jay on the Shelter in Place - Lock Down - Mandates.
Concluding what the GBD did in that they were of no real benefit and worse yet, there was an increase in all cause mortality by using them. I’m not going to spend a lot of time on these because by now, we all actually know they failed. If you have doubts, scroll up and look at that chart again.
What he had discussed, that was more interesting was the overall impact from developed countries locking down on other countries that rely on our economy being strong to keep their economy strong. It’s a lot bigger picture than what I’ve really thought about and thus the reason I found it interesting. These developing countries were never taken into consideration on our cost benefit analysis, that wasn’t really used anyways…but there was a global impact by Alberta…Canada…North America…all locking down at the same time.
What was also discussed is the Non-Pharmaceutical-Interventions weren’t a focused approach - again. With Age being the single most import factor in identifying the vulnerable, Alberta had focused their efforts which would see a very “low yield” for their efforts in saving lives. Again…something we all knew.
“There is No Technology that can Stop the Disease from Spreading”, claimed Dr. Jay and again from the above chart, we know this to be true. Where I actually disagree with him is on the benefits provided by the vaccines. Might be my limited scope in play here, might be his more broad global view, maybe we both have a touch of confirmation bias but the one thing I can agree with him on is that vaccines were never the only path forward.
In this, claims have been made that Herd Immunity has never been achieved without vaccinations and on this, Dr Jay brought up the Zika Virus. Maybe you remember it, maybe you don’t…I remember it being talked about for a couple of months a long while back but hadn’t thought about it until he brought it up. The reason we don’t hear about Zika being the planetary population killer anymore is not because of a vaccine, there still isn’t a Zika Vaccine that’s been developed, it’s because of Good Old - Natural Herd Immunity!
Something that is still not taken into consideration by the Province.
Also discussed was the difference in Closing down Churches, a big part of the case surrounding the infringement over right to worship, whereby the province says that they didn’t actually close down any churches…they only ‘reduced capacity’.
“Honest Officer, I didn’t asphyxiate that person, I just reduced their capacity to breathe”.
Well…this is what we actually seen for a lot of businesses that technically weren’t closed. They just had their capacity reduced to such a low volume that they could no longer afford to stay in business aaaaaaand when comes to our Charter of Rights and Freedoms, where we have the right to worship…this was definitely an infringement.
A couple of points that Rath tried make clear was that COVID was more of a Fear Pandemic than actual COVID Pandemic and that the science has been politicized more than trusting actual science.
Short…to the point and then on to:
Parker had his chance to ask Dr. Jay a few more questions and brought up a Madewell Study.
I believe it to be this one→Here, a meta-analysis based on household transmission of COVID. I’m not terribly sure what Parker was shooting for on this one and in spite of him being pretty sharp on most things, he seemingly took the puck and scored on his own net with questions for Dr. Jay.
What was let in, under Parker’s questions, is that Dr. Jay was able to point out that there is still no “Trusted” Academic Evidence to show that Vaccines Stop Transmission of COVID and when pushed for a date that he realized this, Dr. Jay stated that in March of 2021 is when he’d first began seeing breakthrough cases in Seychelles, Qatar, Sweden, Israel…and a declining rate over time for effective rate of vaccines to drop to 20% or lower, double dosed, over 6 months.
I’ve been using June because of Cases specific to Canada, but given that our teams of experts were supposed to be managing this, it does look a lot worse that we were shucking this shit out by the bucketload and not telling people that they’d still get ‘The COVID’. Didn’t see that on any Consent Forms, did ya?
And where we with Vaccinations at this point?
By April 1, 2021 only 2.7% of the population of the province was Fully Vaccinated. Since then, they’ve just kept spouting the same bullshit, “Get the Vaccine, it’s the only path forward from COVID”.
Here we are, almost 1 full year later…
[blink, blink]
And still spouting the same bullshit!
Jason Kindrachuk
Called by the province as a rebuttal witness to Dr. Jay. He was only around for about a buck and a half, will be back tomorrow around 11:00 am to finish off.
Rath actually did a pretty decent job scorching Hamster Micro-Biologist, Kindrachuk. He was brought up by the province as a Virologist because that’s what he’s currently doing, but doesn’t actually have the credentials to call himself a virologist. This is where I think that Parker could have picked a better witness. JK was peacocking on the stand to show his amazing amount of wisdom, with not much by way of actual substantiation.
Nathan has been studying the impacts of COVID on Hamsters and when asked, by Rath, if he’d done any NPI studies on said hamsters, he humbly replied “No”. I almost fell off my fucking chair laughing, imagining masked up hamsters following arrows on the floor of their little cages.
Jason will finish off tomorrow so I will cover a that more in depth, but what I will go over here is the Heat Map studies that the Province used to have on their website, because this is where Rath went a little off the rails.
The gist of the conversation was that in seeing the information contained in the Vaccination Heat Maps, the province would have done better to Warn people to isolate for 14 days following their first jab, given the huge spike in Cases following the the Vaccines and for a 14 day period following, hospitalizations and death followed this increase.
These are the Screen Shots that Rath used…If Parker was paying attention, this is NOT what they looked like in July of 2021…but I’ll let Parker make his own case.
Where this conversation went sideways is that JK wouldn’t admit that these were in fact cases that spiked after the first 14 days, due to the vaccinations. He attributed the spike in cases because people “Changed their Habits” after the vaccinations and that’s what caused the spike. Rath never followed up with a question as to how he came to this conclusion and went off into a bit of a rant that the province had pulled this information off the site following Alex Berenson’s substack, exposing this. “You mean that guy that got banned off of Twitter”, proclaimed JK.
It was a stupid conversation and it could have actually went a lot better. I would have drilled this data out by age showing that the highest risk 75+ were probably not doing anything much different for their 14 days after the jab than they did 14 days prior and that there’d still be massive spikes on all 3 charts - Cases, Hospitalizations and Deaths.
From here, the now heated conversation, went into the VAERs report where JK said that VAERs was basically bullshit and that anybody could post on it and that there is a death listed on there from Lightening, following COVID.
Rath tried to make a recovery on this by stating that Traffic Accidents were considered COVID cases and deaths on the provincial data…again, another stupid conversation.
JK had to leave early today, again will be back tomorrow at 11am and his time on the witness stand will be handed by Leighton, perhaps some rebuttal from Parker.
Nathan Zelyas - Microbiologist and PCR Expert witness for the Province.
Leighton was the first to go question Zelyas and again, did a pretty amazing job. Leighton definitely found his cruising speed and followed an amazing flow on PCR tests. I figured that this would be a really boring conversation and after watching Justice Romaine nodding off after the lunch break, figured for sure she’d pass right out watching this. Fortunately, there was an alarm in the courthouse and that got everybody up for another 15 Mins…
Even before the CDC had discontinued it’s use of the PCR tests, I just never paid much mind to these and what Grey and Zelyas went over, was pretty interesting. The unfortunate part is that it was interesting in how fucking terrible the province used these, full well knowing how terrible of a job they were doing.
Nathan is a mostly likable fella but loves word salad.
Grey would have to bring him back often, but he ended up basically agreeing that the ‘Gold Standard’ PCR test is pure garbage!
Covering first:
A study from the University of Manitoba where Chief Microbiologist put out a study that said that PCR tests showed that 56% of COVID ‘cases’ are not infectious because the PCR tests detect both live and dead virus.
And that in extreme cases, people can test positive for COVID up to 100 days after exposure:
And that Dr. Bullard - Chief Microbiologist - stated that CT or cycles over 25 produced no viable lab cultures.
The point in all of this, is that the more cycles used to detect COVID the higher the failure rate of false positives were and that this gold standard, isn’t really good science to be used when locking down the population of a province.
The failure rate looks like:
27 cycles 34% False Positive
32 cycles 72% False Positive
37 cycles 92% False Positive
40+ Functional False Positive Test is nearly 100%
And the province refuses to track CT because…reasons?
The True Gold Standard Testing on COVID is actually using cultures. Problem with this being, it takes more time, more money and a lot more space to test cultures, so it’s not actually a viable solution. A possible remedy to this would be 2x testing within a 24-48 hour period - which we have never done - to confirm if you even have COVID and to see if the virus you have is live or dead.
The reason this is important is because, why would you lock somebody up who tests positive for COVID but has a non-transmissible - dead - virus inside of their bodies?
In a report from the World Health Organization from January of 2021, recommendations looked like:
January 2021, Report from the WHO
WHO a positive covid test doesn't not mean that somebody can transmit the virus;
WHO instructs labs to report CT Values in report;
WHO warns against using PCR test alone without symptoms.
But Nathan said that we don’t really use suggestions from the World Health Organization so they just really disregard this.
When Rath got up to question Zelyas, he was quick. Fired off a couple of questions that were quickly turned down by Parker but tried to drive home one really important point.
Those 56% of tests that wouldn’t produce a culture, because the virus was already dead, would be in people who would have already built Natural Immunity to COVID.
Maybe you’d thought about it…maybe not…but we do all know that Natural Immunity has been a thing protecting all living species for about 5 billion years on this planet. If you had a test, that you considered a ‘Gold Standard’, and you could verify who has already had, survived and does not have a transmissible form of COVID left in them…
Why would they be subject to lockdowns?
Why would they need to be immunized with an experimental vaccine?
Why wouldn’t this be considered for a passport?
Rath never got to ask these questions because Parker pointed out that Zeylas was a PCR expert, not an immunologist…but when he does get to ask these…it’s going to be GOLD!
Wrapping up:
Shelter in Place Measures caused more harm and damage than they could have ever benefited anybody in the province over the last 2 years. Studies from Early 2021 proved it, we did them anyways.
We technically didn’t close things, we just cut off their air supply - provincially speaking.
PCR tests fail, we don’t report CT numbers and shouldn’t be considered a ‘Gold Standard’, when comes to locking down a province for 2 years.
There is a way to identify admissibility in COVID as well as immunity in those who have had COVID, but we’re still not talking about this today.
Have a great evening, will catch you tomorrow!
Wow Sheldon - nice work! You’re an excellent investigative reporter!

I talked to a bomber pilot a couple of years ago

A very interesting gentleman, affected by the war ww2.
The great backpeddle is starting along with the great retrenching and refortifying. Luckily for the planet there are honourable scientist doctor researchers in the world. people that stood against the corporate profiteers. We are greatful.
As we know now the corporate machine of distraction is spinning up and I think working well.
We must not be distracted with all the superfluous studies the if / ands /or whats.
Does Ivermectin work, does Hydroxy work, were there protocols available to treat. When were the WHO/CDC/FDA made aware.
If the answer is yes. If those treatments/ prophylaxis were suppressed then murder has been committed. Nothing else matters right now. We must prove our case. Period.
Who committed those murders
Who participated in the great lie, news media of course, doctors, legislators etc…
How do we make people accountable, there is a way that won’t destroy society. I will offer my suggestion in another posting.
I asked that bomber pilot about flak, he said it was somewhat effective. A plane would fly into a cloud of flak which led to the occasional mission failure. The most common thing flak did was to distract and force the plane of course.
Lets not let the flak distract or force us off course.
Is Ivermectin effective, does Hydroxy work, where treatment options available, when did they know.
