Alberta Health Services - On Trial - Day 5
Another short day, proceedings now delayed until Tuesday, February 22
I was fairly correct on the delay that was seen today with no anticipation of which direction the Judge would go on admission of a couple of CMOH orders that were outside of the schedule of time that was included in the original complaint. What it has done is stalled the proceedings for the balance of this week and will now see that this case extends into April - by way of mutual scheduling conflicts up to these dates.
Dr. Jay, was not available for redirect today and won’t be until next week and the Province didn’t want to continue on with their witnesses until they’d completed the expert testimony of Dr. Jay. All sides agreed.
Next week is a short week in Provincial Courts due to Family Day being Monday, February 21st while the date of trial was set to End on February 24th, 2022 which is the reason for the delays into April.
The value of the 2 CMOH orders that have now been excluded is a huge loss for Rath and Grey as these do extend to the September REP Provincial Order and the justifications that were used for these measures.
Parker wanted these orders excluded because they wouldn’t have time to compile information for these orders, while Rath argued that any provincial measures that restricted the Charter of Rights and Freedoms by the Province should have been prepared prior to making these orders.
Ultimately, whether Justice Romain would agree or disagree to these, she opted to keep within the realm of the time frame as was originally laid out, not a continuation of all orders that would have followed.
Who even knows where we will be in April or what new insanity will be added.
This is frustrating but also as I have previously stated only the first few footsteps in a long journey. The most frustrating part of this and through my self-admitted confirmation bias that all of the provincial guidelines throughout the last 2 years were an abysmal failure, is that when comes time for “We”, the little people, to finally get our day in court, there are some long delays and large challenges throughout this time.
Take this in consideration to the Emergency Act that was just Invoked by Prime Minister, Justin Trudeau.
After what must have been a long and drawn out weekend for Justin and given his 2 days of walking out of parliament last week, his habitual Bong Hitting on Sunday afternoon led to the Emergency Act, overnight.
Already, we have started to see what this looks like, where crowd-funds, bank accounts and other finances through Crypto Currency have been seized. There are threats of seizure of assets and cancellation of insurance and by Deputy Prime Minister, Chrystia Freeland’s words today - could extend past those that are directly involved in the Freedom Convoy but also to those who have helped by way of Donations.
We are now terrorists whose life savings can be snapped up based on a failure of leadership from the PM, on donations made prior to invoking the “emergency act”.
The system is broken.
Today, as a true Canadian Patriot…so am I.
Hmm, delay tactics. They know what’s coming. If anyone follows the Grand Jury proceedings of Rainer Fuellmich, there’s some huge info!
- lots of detail on why and how PCR has been used to create cases
- power scheme behind all of this
and much more to come
